Welcome to The High School Group of Church of the Incarnation. Whether you are new, a regular, or just visiting, The High School Group wants to help you get plugged in to experience the trueness and reality of what it means to be loved and pursued by God.

THE WEEKLY

SAM (Sunday Morning)

Sun, 10:20 am in The Flat

Be together and unite with other high school students across the Dallas area as we engage with something that is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, the Word of God. Each week you can partake in stimulating mental challenge, watch interesting videos, and talk about items that are actually relevant to the life of a high school student. If you are in the 9th-12th grade, you are welcome. Bagels or doughnuts provided (Pop-Tarts available upon request).

EYC

Sun, 6 pm in The Flat or Designated Home

As a high school student, do not allow yourself to become stagnant or apathetic in your once-in- a-lifetime journey. Get involved in great discussion and lively interaction. In other words, this is a time for discussion between you (high school students) rather than a time of lecture from adults. Take heed, the words from Proverbs 27:17, “Iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens another.” You will actually have to think, reason, analyze, reflect. Dinner provided each week.

Small Groups

Various days at various locations

If you would like to be involved in a small (6 or less), adult-led, gender-based, Bible study, accountability, “do life” together group, please let us know. Several small groups will meet across the city each and every week during the school year.

The Gathering

Various Sundays, 7 pm in The Flat

Something new. Something revealed. Something real. Anything goes. It will happen on various Sunday nights in the Winter and Spring. All and any in the 9th to 12th welcome. Dates to mark in your calendar include: January 13, February 10, March 3, April 14. Some topics will include: “I’ve Got an Eating Problem,” “Growing Up Muslim” and “Living in a Cult.”

Focus On Other Toes. If you have a desire to use your gifts, talents and/or unique abilities, let us know. Drama? Music? Writing? Much more!

Note to parents: The High School Ministry relies heavily on parent volunteers to ensure the success of our programming. We also realize that in order for any facet of the program to be effective, we need your help. Church of the Incarnation needs parents who are willing to provide guidance and ensure a safe environment for any activity. We also desire to have adult volunteers who are eager to connect with high school students and help them to love God, love others and love themselves.
