Assistant Rector, Incarnation North
David is originally from Norman, Oklahoma. He grew up attending an Episcopal church near the OU campus every Sunday with his family. He was a practicing church goer in his years leading up to college. In 2008, he experienced a pivotal and personal conversion which changed him into a committed disciple of Jesus Christ. A year later he and his wife, Heather, married. For several years, he grew in faith and direction under the mentorship of several men, and was encouraged to pursue ordained ministry. He studied at Wycliffe College, Toronto. After graduating in 2016, he served as curate at St. James’ Church in Texarkana, TX. He was called to Incarnation in 2018 to help lead and launch Incarnation North Campus. David and Heather now reside in downtown Plano and have three children, Scarlet, Cosette, and Caspar.
