Free Back-to-School Health Services
Saturday, August 13, 2022 • 1 – 3 pm • Welcome Center
For under- and uninsured families, Incarnation’s annual Community Health Fair makes it possible for area students to participate in healthy extracurricular activities and go to school with required vaccines. Children from 2 months to 18 years olds can receive immunizations at no cost, including meningitis & pertussis/whooping cough. Also provided are student sports physicals, dental exams and sealants, and backpacks filled school supplies.
Immunizations by Caring For Children Foundation Care Van™
The Care Van® Program is a community outreach program of the Caring for Children Foundation of Texas, providing free immunizations to children 2 months through 18 years of age. Children/teens are eligible if he/she has no insurance, insurance that does not cover vaccines, has Medicaid, or is American Indian/Native American or Alaskan Native. Complete immunization records are required for this service. No appointment needed. You can visit North Dallas Shared Ministries for no cost follow up care.
