Upon receiving your request, Church of the Incarnation (COTI) will determine availability based on our calendar of events, usage needs, and personnel requirements. We will make every attempt to respond to your request within 10 business days. If there are no conflicts, you will be sent a “COTI Facility Use Contract” which you need to fill out, sign, and return ASAP to secure the desired date of your event.
