Tuition at Incarnation Academy is billed monthly (or annually if you prefer), with payments due on the 1st of each month—most families choose automatic electronic fund transfer (EFT) or credit card for convenience and to avoid late fees. A $25 late fee applies if payment isn’t received by the 5th business day, and returned payments incur additional charges (e.g., $35 for NSF, $15 for declined cards).
Arrive on time and follow carpool procedures to keep mornings smooth and safe. Stay connected by reading newsletters, volunteering for events, and communicating regularly with teachers.
Be sure to label all your child’s belongings, pack snacks and extra clothes, and have health forms up to date. A little preparation and involvement go a long way toward making each day positive and stress-free for you and your child.
We offer morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up carpool procedures to keep arrival and dismissal safe and efficient. Morning drop-off begins at 8:45 a.m., and pick-up starts at 2:45 p.m. Families should stay in their vehicles and use the designated lanes.

The Incarnation Academy Parents Association (IAPA) is a volunteer group that supports our school through events, fundraising, and teacher appreciation. All parents and guardians are automatically members—no sign-up needed. You’re invited to get involved anytime by volunteering, attending meetings, or helping with special activities.
