  • No-cost immunization for children 2-months to 18-years of age. Includes meningitis and pertussis/whooping cough.
  • Dental exams (kids and adults) and sealants
  • Student sports physicals [ DISD Participation Physical/Health Form, PDF ]
  • Bicycle raffle

  • Zumba® dance program
  • Health education booths
  • Ask-the-Doctor booth

  • Parents MUST bring their Child’s Complete Immunization Record.
  • Child must be accompanied by parent or guardian. If student is unable to come with parent or guardian they should bring CareVan General Intake Form filled out with  parent signature giving permission for immunizations.
  • Must be “Vaccine for Children” eligible.†

Immunizations by Caring for Children Foundation Care Van

The Care Van Program is a community outreach program of the Caring for Children Foundation of Texas, providing free immunizations to children 2 months through 18 years of age.

† Children/teens are eligible if he/she does not have insurance, has Medicaid, has insurance that does not cover vaccines, or is an American Indian or Alaskan Native. Visit North Dallas Shared Ministries for no cost follow up care.

Donate School Supplies

School supplies will be distributed to participants of the health fair and local schools in late August. There are two ways to donate: buy supplies and put in baskets around the church OR go to the link below and buy on Amazon, to be delivered directly to the church! Your help is much appreciated!

2016 was a great success! Thanks to the sponsors, donors, and the hard-working nurses, physicians, dentists, hygienists, and volunteers who provided their time and talents who made it happen. 500 people were served at this event; including 297 immunizations, 100+ sports physicals, and 162 dental screenings. Special thanks also goes out to the leadership team – Sandy Secor (Champion), Michelle Anderson (Co-Champion) and Anne Mackintosh (Mission 75204 Project Manager).
