Developing Servant Leaders
Summer Fellows at Incarnation is a leadership development program for college students. Instead having to decide between growing spiritually or growing professionally each summer, college students can do both through Summer Fellows at Incarnation. The program emphasizes professional development through a marketplace job, as well as vocational discernment, rhythms of prayer, biblical and theological education, mentoring relationships, community building, service in the church and the community, leadership development, and rest.
The mission is to empower the next generation of Christian leaders to live a life in faith and service to the glory of God.
