Whether you feel called to serve up front or behind the scenes, weekly or intermittently throughout the year, there are many opportunities to use your gifts and help others connect with God. By being involved in the worship service you will enrich your own life as well as helping others get the most out of the worship experience. If you are interested in serving on one of these worship teams or have any questions, please contact us.
Opportunities to serve in both the Contemporary and Traditional services.
Here are some of the ways to be part of worship at Incarnation:
- Acolyte: Carry the torches in the procession and at the Gospel reading.
- Chalice Bearer: Serve the wine alongside clergy during the Eucharist.
- Lector / Reader: Scripture readings and Prayers of the People.
- Media Team (*most urgent need): Run screens during the service.
- Usher: Greet at the door, hand out bulletins, pass the plate, direct parishioners during communion.
