Advent & Christmas

FIND TRUE HOPE

Hope Amid Darkness

At Church of the Incarnation, we gather each week to worship in the Great Tradition of the Church. Advent marks the beginning of our church calendar, and we set our eyes on the hope of Christ's coming. We invite you to join us, and find his light amid the darkening days of winter.

Collect for Advent I:
Almighty God, give us grace that we may cast away the works of darkness, and put upon us the armor of light, now in the time of this mortal lite in which thy Son Jesus Christ came to visit us in great humility; that in the last day, when he shall come again in his glorious majesty to judge both the quick and the dead, we may rise to the life immortal; through him who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Ghost, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Angels & Advent
Sunday, December 1

Choral Evensong (4 p.m.)

Start your Advent with a time to reflect, refresh, and be inspired by the choral settings at Evensong. We'll start at 4 p.m. this week, to accommodate for the rest of the activities.

Parish Family Night

The entire parish is invited to participate in this evening to kick-off the Advent season. Come make an Advent wreath, eat yummy food from In 'n' Out, and enjoy fun Christmas music. Register to attend.

Angel Tree

Come drop off your Angel Tree donations, and help us ring in this season of generosity by supporting families in need.

GIFTS OF COMMEMORATION

Memorial and/or honorarium gifts are a meaningful way to acknowledge and celebrate others. We have two major times we do this at our church: Poinsettias at Christmas and Lillies at Easter. But you are free to give a gift of commemoration at any time, including Flowers for our Altar, and Memorials & Honorariums.
